Facility Group
Mr. Terry Christopher leads JDDA’s Facility Group which serves government and public facilities with building maintenance solutions. Mr. Christopher has over 17 years experience ranging from facility and project management to janitorial services in both private and public sectors. He has been a Project, Contract and Division Manager for several large size government agencies, and an Operation Manager for a Fortune 10 Corporation. In these positions, he has been responsible for annual budgets of over $5,000,000 and properties exceeding 7,000,000 square feet.

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Information Systems from Northwestern State University, aids Mr. Christopher in establishing corporate policies and procedures, that ensure compliance, safety, efficiency and consistency. He served as a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), received specialize training from the Texas Accessibility Academy, and formal training in Facility Security, Fire Prevention, and Facility Management. He has also served seven years in the U.S. Army as Chief of Party Surveyor and is a disabled service-connected veteran.
